Improperly Called RCO Job

When you are the one called

The Claim:

• When called for a remote control job for being the first available RCO qualified employee with unqualified employees available and ahead on the board.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:

• Snapshot of the switchman's extra board or conductors extraboard

REQUIRED CLAIM LANGUAGE:

Claiming basic day account being called for the wx510 ycy__r  __ for being the first available RCO qualified employee with unqualified person available for call.  On __/__/__ at ____ hours, I was __ times out on the wx510 __(board)__  __(turn id)_. I should not have been called because __ (employee name)__ was available on the wx510 __(board)__ and should be qualified Per Section 3 of the 2002 National Remote Control Agreement, "all employees are to be RCL qualified".

When you were the first out, rested employee

The Claim:

• When not called for a remote control job because you are not RCO qualified

• Snapshot of board showing you were first out

REQUIRED CLAIM LANGUAGE:

Claiming basic day account being not called for the wx510 ycy__r  __ because I am not RCO qualified.  On __/__/__ at ____ hours, I was first and rested out on the wx510 __(board)__  __(turn id)_ and should have been called for the job. Per Section 3 of the 2002 National Remote Control Agreement, "all employees are to be RCL qualified".
