Improper Call Time

 The Claim:

• When call time is 10 or more minutes different than one and one-half hour (90 minute) prior to on duty time.

REQUIRED CLAIM LANGUAGE:

Claiming a basic day account not being called in accordance with Rule 24(b).  I was called off the __circ-7__  __board__ for the __train symbol__ at _____ hours on __/__/__ with an on duty time of _____ hrs.  I should have recieved a "one and one-half hour" call at ______ hours.  Claiming basic day for not being given proper call per Rule 24(b).
