Board Runaround

Not Called in Turn (Runaround) 

Your claims:

When available and another employee is called ahead of you in sequence on a board.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:

• A board snapshot demonstrating your positions on the board.

• A job history demonstrating the employee behind you being called ahead of you. 

EXAMPLE 1 (Called on-duty within 8 hours of being ran-around):

Claiming 50 mile penalty account not called in turn. Was working the  (Circ-7)     (Board ID)  (job id) on  (date)  at  (time) hrs was first out rested. Stood to be called for the (train/job id) .  (Name) was behind me on the board and was improperly called for this train/job instead. I was not called on-duty until  (time) hrs on  (date) for the (train/job id). Per Rule 41 C entitled to 50 mile penalty.

EXAMPLE 2 (Called on-duty 8 hours or more after being ran-around):

Claiming 100 mile penalty account not called in turn. Was working the  (Circ-7)     (Board ID)  (job id) on  (date)  at  (time) hrs was first out rested. Stood to be called for the (train/job id) .  (Name) was behind me on the board and was improperly called for this train/job instead. I was not called on-duty until  (time) hrs on  (date) for the (train/job id). Per Rule 41 C entitled to 100 mile penalty.
