Your claim:
When you have been ordered by the Carrier assist another train or assignment
Claim basic day for incidental work under the 1985 National Agreement
Must show other train symbol and times in the FRA/ Duty Summary upon tie-up
EXAMPLE: Called on duty for the MNPRO 01 at 0200 hours on 12/01/24. At 0800 hours, we were ordered to assist the MNPPC 01 with arming and testing their EOT at wx566. At 0830 work completed with MNPPC 01 and back on the move with the MNPRO 01. Tied up at 1330 at wx683.
0200 on 12/02/24 MNPRO 01 - start location of wx510.
0800 on 12/02/24 MNPPC 01 - start location of wx566.
0830 on 12/02/24 MNPRO 01 - start location of wx566.
Tie-up at wx683 at 1330.
